RETURN POLICIES AND REFUNDS
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, that Ms. Rabbit Skincare reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds on any or all delivered, stolen, or lost products. Right to cancel; All sales are non-cancellable due to our rapid shipping rate; non-refundable, unless reported claims specified or reported damaged goods are filed within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date and emailed to hello.rabbit@msrabbitskincare.com with the requested documents. We do not accept returns of products.
Damaged
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt and or receipt delivery. To request a refund, contact our customer service team by writing to us at hello.rabbit@msrabbitskincare.com within 48 hours of scheduled delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product and a copy of your order confirmation email with the claim number filed with the delivery shipping carrier. Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment and may take up to 10 days to receive and process the returned payment.
CLAIMS
If your account shows a delinquent of reporting Two or more Lost claims we will not accept any future orders unless you schedule all future shipments to a secure destination of address. This process protects Ms. Rabbit Skincare company and you as our valued customer to insure all purchased items are received at their authorized destination. Lost claims must be reported to the USPS claims department within 24 hours of scheduled the delivery date of products purchased. Claim number must then be reported to our department within 24-48 hours to receive a refund of the purchase invoice order at hello.rabbit@msrabbitskincare.com. Please note that this refund does not include the shipping cost of the purchase invoice order. Refund of lost claim may take up to 10 business days to be received.
